Description of Character:
Gallen is the youngest of the Vael Kings, the leaders of the largest and most powerful citystate in Livia, his bound is a Vael'Queas, smaller and weaker than the Vael'Draes but equally dangerous. He is often seen in a black long sleeve button up shirt, with a large collar that hides his neck, with black work pants and black boots. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Character Personality:
Carefree and arrogant, Gallen loves to prove how much better he is than everybody else. He got a massive ego boost being a king of the largest city in Livia, even though everbody calls him the prince, and loves to flaunt his wealth and power just because he can. He is grudgingly respectful to those he sees as equal and to those he sees as weak or incompetent, he's just a downright asshole. Tieal, his Bound, is proud and polite. He often apologizes for Gallen's rudeness, though he still has the arrogance and pride expected of one with power.
Tieal'Queas-(Bound) Tieal'Queas, is the only Vael'Queas to be bound to one of the Vael Kings, the other two having bounds to Vael'Dreas. Tieal's name means "One with many forms" in vaelspeak, this is because he is very adept at transformation magic. He often appears as a smaller creature, but his actual form is about the size of a small house. He has green scales, a long neck, wings (One of the few of his kind that does) a long tail and purple eyes. Vael scales are incredibly difficult to break through, giving Tieal an Epic defense against attacks. His bite and talons do Strong damage on impact and his tail does moderate damage on impact. Being a Vael, Tieal has access to several spells, though Livinian magic is much more limited than that found in Rune. He has little or no control over most of his spells. ALl of his spells require a verbal incantation that doesnt change, and spells cant be casted repeated. Any spells besides change shape can be used every other post. Change shape can be used once per post, but not more than once each post.
Change Shape- Tieal can change his shape into just about any living thing, excluding plants, for as much time as he chooses. However he cannot change into things that are larger than he is, or smaller than a mouse. If he changes into an animal with claws, quills, etc their attacks deal moderate damage. Inferno- Summons a large tornado of fire at a specific point, dealing strong damage. Before the tornado appears the ground glows red for a moment.(WPP) (Incantation kreal di)
Ward- Summons a ward of pure magic to block attacks, Moderate attacks break the ward, but are reflected. Light and weak are reflected completely and Strong break the ward, but are one tier weaker. Epic attacks go unchanged. (Incantation Pive Dal)
Gale-Summons a Strong wind that knocks around everything even the caster and allies. Debris from the wind deal Moderate damage. (WPP) (incantation Kev Keli)
Force- Sends a blast of force in one direction, dealing strong damage and knocking people/things back. (WPP)(Incantation Kev jesi)

Spectral Key- This key is worn around the neck with a thick grey colored cord. When the key is put into the air and turned a large white space the size of a door opens, inside is a white dimension that goes on for what seems like forever. This is mean purely for storage and has no other benefits other than that, and people cannot enter unless their goal is to place something inside or retrieve something.
Tille- Means 'Flexible' or 'Unbroken'. These one sided blades are about the length of a man's wrist to half past his elbow. They are worn in sheaths that are bound the the wrists and forearms and come in pairs. The blades themselves are black, with simple black hilts and are surprisingly flexable. When pressure is applied to the flat side of the blade, it bends surprisingly easily, allowing it to be worn on the arms as it usually is, but also to be hidden in very creative ways around the body. The sharp end is incredibly tough and bends very little making the blade very difficult to break, nearly impossible. When weaker mundane blades hit against it often marks or bends will appear, if not the blade being snapped completely. (WPP) The blade deals Strong damage.
Magforce Dragonfire- Livinian firearms, these were custom made for Gallen, and are worn at both of his sides. They are single bullet pistols, they need to be reloaded after each shot, similarly to that of a double barrel shotgun, the barrel of the gun can be realeased to slide the bullet in. The pistol was named because it uses Gremmolim chips to magnetically charge the barrel of the gun and the bullet to the same polarity, sending the bullet out at a very fast speed with little to no sound or recoil. The barrel of the gun is visibly modeled after a dragon. (Moderate)
