Okay so this is taking way longer than I thought it would due to work related stuff. Gonna put what I have here until I can finish it this weekend.

Hypnotic Stare - Joseph's eyes are the conduit of his abilities. When he completely focuses his gaze on an opponent, they become disoriented, clumsy and slower with their movements. [WPP] When doing so, Joseph is less likely to notice other threats, and becomes slightly more vulnerable to attacks from outside his focus. Once per post, if the target of Joseph's stare takes damage from an attack, the damage is treated as one step more severe. This is a mind affecting ability which can only be used on one target at a time. (Strong)
Mesmerist Tricks - Joseph can impart a small portion of his own mental prowess into a teammate, granting them a timely mental compulsion or illusory boon in a fight. Joseph can activate this trick within an ally to grant them an illusory double, giving attacks against them a greater chance to miss for 1 post. He can instead choose to grant an ally a portion of his mental prowess, helping them to see through illusions and resist mind affecting effects more easily for 1 post. Joseph must choose beforehand which trick is implanted in each ally.[Moderate]

Ghost Sound - Joseph can replicate minor noises that can project as far as the actual noise would. The spell can replicate any physical sound, including animal noises, and unintelligible humanoid sounds such as screams, breathing, laughter and crying. [Weak]
Detect Poison - With a moderate amount of concentration and focus, Joseph can detect the presence of most harmful poisons hidden in food, drink or other locations such as weapons. [Weak]
Mirror Image - Joseph creates illusory copies of himself that materialize nearby and mimic his every move. These images last for 3 posts, or until Joseph is attacked three separate times, giving him a greater chance to evade attacks from opponents that are relying on sight. [Moderate]
Silver Tongued - When cast, Joseph is adept at subtle manipulation and putting even sworn foes at ease. Everything he says is taken as closer to truth and sounds reasonable. [Moderate]
Restoration - Joseph can heal grievous physical and mental wounds, restoring those with moderate or lower injuries to full health, and starting those with wounds from strong or greater attacks towards a much faster road to recovery. (Strong)
Description of Character: When he's not in disguise, the first thing you'll notice about Joseph is his sharp pointed eyebrows resting below his messy red/orange hair. When he's feeling mischevious, those raised eyebrows combined with the sparkle in his sapphire blue eyes are a sure sign of it. At times, even an innocent smile or laugh would make him appear as an evil mastermind laughing manaically after coming up with some dastardly plot. The cleft in his chin keeps his pointed jawline from making his face seem overly narrow. Joseph stands just under 6 foot tall, with a lean frame. Anyone catching a glimpse of his bare feet might notice his longer than average toes. For someone who carries a blade, Joseph is curiously devoid of scar tissue save for a very small scar on his right wrist that seems to have been made by some sort of piercing weapon.
Joseph wears lighter garments most of the time, preferring not to limit his movements in any situation. Colors and styles never stay consistant for long, as he dislikes the idea of looking in the mirror and seeing the exact same person twice. One constant is the ancestral scimitar sheathed on his back or sometimes his belt. Joseph never leaves home without it.
Character Personality: Joseph can often be a difficult person to read. His ability to keep a straight face is something to behold. There are times when he'll stay quiet for hours, letting thoughts dance around his brain. He usually avoids prolonged smalltalk due to his tendency to ramble. That's not to say that Joseph is inconsiderate. In fact, his kind nature is made apparent most often through his profession. Joseph takes great pleasure in easing the suffering of others. His intense medical training and psychic abilities enable him to tap into and manipulate the feelings, sights, and sounds that others experience all too easily.
There is, however, another side to Joseph that he rarely reveals to others. The young man is, and always has been a schemer. Though he uses his abilities almost exclusively for the purpose of healing the minds and bodies of others, there is always a lingering temptation dwelling within him to devote his talents towards slightly less reputable goals. Joseph has always struggled to contain his impulses for trickery, especially given his unique abilities and how easily they could get out of hand. His practice of swordplay has given him a suitable outlet for any agression that builds during his work day. Still... an occasional whoopie cushion here... a drawn on mustache there... Hints of his mischeivous nature are present for anyone who cares enough to pay attention.

Scimitar - Joseph keeps his family's heirloom blade close by at all times. The blade deals [Moderate] damage as he practices with it frequently to work out stress from work.
Ring of Telepathy: This ring allows the user to speak to a person telepathically, but only with people who the ring has been tuned to. To tune the ring to a person, they must wear the ring for an hour. The ring can only be tuned to six people (including the owner) at a time. [Moderate]
