Description of Character:
He has blonde hair that is usually mostly covered by a hood. He has a belt covered in throwing knives and just wears black pants and combat boots. His bangs reach over his right eye in a series of short spikes. His eyes shine a bright icy blue. The left pupil spikes out to the edge of hi iris to the left leaving the rest of the pupil round. He's 5"10, lean but muscular, he is either crouching or standing tall.
Character Personality:
He tries to remain calm, but usually fails desperately. He is pretty girl crazy, but stays chill around most people as long as he's not instigated. With no reason to get extraordinarily angry he stays calm and collective. He likes to mock others for their mistakes, his true intentions to help them learn, but he'll never say that. He has a dark sense of humor. Almost never smiling, his smirk is worn when he is amused. He has little sense of friendship but a large space in his emotional boundaries for romance.

Basic Weapon Throwing knives: That's it, just hundreds of throwing knives.(WEAK)
Weapon of Choice: (ARTIFACT) The Shards of the Arctic: These three throwing knives appear to be floating shards of ice with a straight round bottom..Although they look like Ice they do not shatter easily, in fact they are nearly indestructible. They can be used telekinetickly by the wielder, which spans to an area of 400ft. In this area the knives can travel vertically or horizontally wherever he wants them to go. They are still solid so they cannot travel through other solids without breaking them. Lucius can only have his knives break through a certain amount of things,thin concrete being the toughest (Strong). They also have an Ice effect that causes severe ice damage and freezing(EPIC). In addition to being normal two of the knives can turn into an animal(s). One of them turns into an arctic wolf, another can turn into a polar bear.This transformation lasting five posts, and he is able to do it twice a thread. Each of them fitted with battle armor and mounts for someone to ride on them. Lucius has a bond with his animal companions that allows him to fight with, and on them. These animals rarely let others on them.
