Please make a new topic per character. If this is your first character and you were referred here, please note who sent you so that they can receive a reward! Below this post you'll find rules and information about filling out the application. You must use our form:
1. Please do not link to or copy from wikis, off-board posts, or other info-dump sources. Everything we need to know should be on your app without outside reading necessary. Furthermore, please do not copy and paste full wiki pages and similar as 1) it is a form of plagiarism, and 2) it needs to mesh with the setting and rarely if ever do such large information chunks make sense in the context of the RP setting.
2. Do not overly modify the application form. You can add things that we don't ask for or use formatting to stylize it (as long as it's readable), but you cannot remove parts. Everything listed on the basic application MUST be answered.
3. Any power or item that influences how another character thinks or acts, that may cause sudden death, or that may result in the loss of items must require a "with player permission" tag somewhere in the description. This means that you may not use this ability or item on a character without prior consent from the player or that the other player has the right to ask you to not do the thing, or they may have their character ignore/resist it if they wish. Mods may ask you to tag items or powers with this if we feel it's something that could cause undue conflict between players without a level of consent involved.
4. Extremely powerful items are referred to as 'artifacts' in the game. If you create an item that has many different uses or is in general extremely powerful, a mod may ask you to change it into an artifact.
5. Powers that allow for the creation of other items must have the clause 'item disappears at the end of the thread.' This is to prevent item-creation abuses. This also is limited to the creation of mundane, weak-powered items only.
6. If your character knows how to cast magic you may put that in racial powers with a note that it's a learned skill or put it in a separate section. These cap at strong for starting off, like racial abilities, but can grow to Epic over time, just like racial abilities.

Race Name:
Race Description: Be very thorough. Describe what they look like, what they are naturally capable of, any naming conventions, any inherent cultural/racial traits. Be very detailed! Lack of detail will likely result in a refusal to let you play the race. If you are playing a pre-approved race, you do not need to fill this out.
